Southern Sea Otter
The Elkhorn Slough and Moss Landing Harbor are home to the largest concentration of Southern Sea Otters. They are considered a "Keystone" species in the health of the ecosystem.
This photo has a two page spread in the 2019 edition of NOAA's Earth is Blue magazine.
