White Cascade Under the Stars

I'd imagined this shot after a day hike to Glen Aulin. I finally got a reservation for the High Sierra Camp on a moonless night in the summer to make it work.
This was chosen as Yosemite Conservancy's Photo of the Week (8/12/16) and was featured as Shutterbug Magazine's Photo of the Day for August 9, 2016.
